Kevin Hines:
My name is Kevin Hines. I jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge. I believe that I had to die, but I lived. Today, I travel the world with my lovely wife, Margaret, sharing stories of people who have triumphed over incredible adversity. Now, we help people be here tomorrow. Welcome to the HINESIGHTS podcast.
Kevin Hines:
Hey guys! What's cracking Hope Nation? It's your friendly neighbor, Kevin Hines, and this is another round of Ask Kev where you send your questions in the internet's, I cultivate the answers, I mix them in a pot and I make some Jell-O. What? Ok, I tried. Ok, so today's question is, do I still use my blue wave lightbox technology, and if so, how does it help? Blue wave lightbox technology helps a great deal. It is a relatively new technology where you look into the blue wave light, the light is emitted into your eyes, it feeds back to your brain, and it helps people with bipolar disorder and depression and seasonal affective disorder find hope, healing, and light at the end of every tunnel, it helps them heal mentally, it helps them stay at a calm. If it's overused, it can turn it into mania with bipolar disorder. So I don't overuse it, I learned that the hard way. I still use my blue light technology. I used it this morning for 20 minutes. I don't overdo it. I do it every day. It helps me stay stable. I love it. So traveling with it is easy. It fits in my luggage carrier easily and I can travel with it anywhere. And the technology is developed so that I feel better mentally on a more regular basis. It's fantastic. So yes, I still use blue wave light technology. It still helps me through. I use the Philips version, which is a bit out of date. I probably need to get a new one, but it still works very well. Guys, that's the really quick Ask Kev for today. Thank you for that question whoever asked it. I want you to make sure you get the blue wave light technology recommended or prescribed by your doctor. Don't just go buy one off the internet that you don't know where it's from. That's not the way to do it. Make sure you know what you're getting, how you're getting it, and make sure you have someone a doctor or prescriber prescribe it to you so it's properly done. Don't just go out there and like top one off the internet that you don't know works very well or not. Ok, be well, be kind, be compassionate, be loving, caring and empathetic, and non-judgmental to every single person you ever come into contact with, and be next to a creek. Why not? It's nice. And be here tomorrow. Bye, guys.
